How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen. As you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the cart to see its contents at any time. When you are ready to place your order, select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from the cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 
You can shop at Classysy without creating an account. However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account

  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Are Classysy items authentic?
100%. Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fashion around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. At Classysy, we have an authenticity guaranteed policy. While we are aware our products are purchased from trusted suppliers in Europe and there should never be any question regarding authenticity.
All items we receive from our suppliers are new and guaranteed authentic. Before being listed on our website, it is authenticated on a 1:1 method, and graded by experienced professionals.

Is my personal information kept private?

How do I find a specific item?
If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the Shop menu, by designer under the Designers menu. Once you have selected your desired category or designer, you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top right-hand corner, which can be used to look for products using keywords or the product code, if you know it.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. When you click on a product, you can immediately see its availability. Only the size available is displayed. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing. 

What payment methods does Classysy accept?
We accept:

  • Credit Cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal – PayPal gives you the flexibility to make payments from a Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as a PayPal account. It is free within Australian when you use your linked bank account or PayPal balance. PayPal keep your financial information securely encrypted so you can pay online with confidence. When you link all your credit cards and bank accounts you can choose which one you want to use when checking out. 
  • Vouchers / Store Credit / Gift Cards

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Classysy?
Yes, Classysy is 100% safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process. You can also choose to pay with Pay Pal, and for easy interest free instalment plans, choose payment options like Afterpay.

How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order – only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located – will your order be accepted, and the items shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable from our warehouse, you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock items and your payment for these items will be refunded via the payment method you used.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL and FedEx. The specific courier company used may vary depending on your location. The actual delivery time will depend on the third-party suppliers and their courier accounts. In most cases, however, you will receive our item within 7 business days. Delivery options and fees may vary depending on your order or shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.  For more details, please see our Shipping & Delivery page. *The day the order is shipped does not count as one of the shipping days.

Am I able to track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account. Alternatively, you can email us on contact@classysy.com.au and we will track the order on your behalf.

Can I make changes to my order?
It is not possible to amend any details once you have placed your order as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual Returns Policy. You can also choose to receive your refund or store credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

How do I return an item?
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days after receiving your order. You have up to 14 days to return an item, however you must request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 7 days from the date of the delivery order. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the delivery, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund / store credit. For full details on the returns process, see our Returns page.

Can I cancel my order?
You will be unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

What should I do if I am missing an item?
If an item is missing, please contact Classysy Support Team at contact@classysy.com.au with the order number and the missing item’s name or SKU number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

What should I do if my item is faulty?
Our team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, our Support Team will help resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will help speed up the returns process.
