All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL and FedEx. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
Classysy will gladly pay for free Express Delivery for every order valued over 89AUD via DHL or FedEx. Orders under 89AUD the shipping rate will be 9AUD.
Delivery options and fees may vary depending on your order or shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout. We have partnered with delivery services to bring you the most competitive rates. Shipping fees include transit insurance to the value of the item. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Classysy in case of returns.
Taxes and Duties
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and are the customer’s responsibility. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. We do our best to fulfil your order within 2 business days. (Please allow 48 hours processing/handling time prior to your items shipping).
During Clearance and busier times, it can take slightly longer.
Stay tuned for an email as soon as it has left us with tracking details. Once fulfilled, we will email you your tracking number so you can track your package. Occasionally, some of your items will be shipped separately. In this case, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
Orders and emails placed between Fridays 12:00pm PST through Sunday, as well as holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 situation there may be delays during the delivery of your order, however we will endeavour to work to minimise the impact by ensuring we are in constant communication with our delivery partners and customers.
Estimated delivery times and prices are determined by our Third-Party Providers who sell them. The charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the retailer’s location, the destination country, and the selected delivery method (standard or express where available).
The delivery cost of each product is displayed on each individual product page. We try to ensure all delivery charges are included in the price, but some products carry an additional delivery surcharge fee. This occurs when either the weight of the product exceeds the courier allowance, or when the delivery address is to an exceptional location that is hard to reach. We would contact you as soon as possible if either case were applicable to your order, and you can choose whether to proceed with the order or to cancel it.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Classysy cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Track Your Status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number.
You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account. Alternatively, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the order on your behalf.
